Yeah, uh huh. Hmm.

lol. I drove past the site today and it is true. There is a sign on the fence advertising Fenway Food Trucks, with a big table in the middle of the BK site and what also looked like a HUGE version of connect 4

I heard the final documents to start construction were signed off on this week!

This one should be set to go. According to Banker & Tradesman, Skanska has received financing for the project:

Skanska USA Commercial Development has obtained mortgage financing for a multifamily tower in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood.

The company obtained $71.1 million for 1350 Boylston St.

I'm fine with the project, but I wish they had mandated the installation of a living wall, rotating art instalation, or something on the side of 1330. That uncovered party wall is gross.

At one of the meetings before this was approved, there was talk (not a promise) by the developer that there would be vegetation along the wall (ivy or something similar) that would break up the concrete.

"Stretch" = the new "Soar"
I miss Scott Van Soar-hees. These young cub reporters just don't know how to instill the appropriate level of fear into the NIMBYs.
