officially under construction: http://www.bostonredevelopmentauthority.org/projects/development-projects/1350-boylston-street
Yeah, uh huh. Hmm.
Skanska USA Commercial Development has obtained mortgage financing for a multifamily tower in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood.
The company obtained $71.1 million for 1350 Boylston St.
I'm fine with the project, but I wish they had mandated the installation of a living wall, rotating art instalation, or something on the side of 1330. That uncovered party wall is gross.
Construction begins this month. 178 feet tall.

That's good to hear.At one of the meetings before this was approved, there was talk (not a promise) by the developer that there would be vegetation along the wall (ivy or something similar) that would break up the concrete.
Construction begins this month. 178 feet tall.

"Stretch" = the new "Soar"
I miss Scott Van Soar-hees. These young cub reporters just don't know how to instill the appropriate level of fear into the NIMBYs."Stretch" = the new "Soar"
