Just some reminders.

I think the base adds some nice diversity to the street. The tower also creates a nice step up in height to the pierce. All of this new development creates a nice bridge between the back bay and Longwood.

The shorter podium definitely speaks better to the height of the residential behind it, adding height variation while still maintaining the street wall.

This is going to be one of my favourite blocks in Boston that's been built from scratch.

good point. what is the process for property owners to contract with an artist to paint such a mural?

IIrc i read somewhere that one of the proposals for that party wall was to use a projector to screen movies and such
