The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Do either of you (or FK4) possess any capability to

1. recognize not everyone conforms to your version of life exactly as you see fit or desire to instruct?

2. To NOT take every opportunity to be rude for not living up to your version of perfection?

3. i'm far from perfect but i'm standing outside Cameron's house checking out a million dollar resto... Not to worry.... it's still gonna be the perfect house to HURL a 1961 Ferrari 250GT California convertible out the back garage/plate glass window.

4. Why are you so bitter? (insufferable). Even spectacular folks like yourselves can use a cup of stfu once in a while.

5. The Goddamn tower resides somewhere between 536' and 542'. No reason not to adjust the number closer to actual.

6. i'm not going to act like there's any hope for any civility in the near or distant future. Nobody ever wins over a hater.

I don't know. Do you possess the ability to understand that statements need to be confirmed by a credible source in order for it to become a fact? This isn't a your view vs my view vs other people's view; this is literally what the definition of a fact is. If people can start posting statements that can't be verified as facts, then what's stopping people from passing false statements as everyday facts? Since you are so obsessed with height, what's stopping someone else from going on wikipedia and editing it by saying, "oh I think the tower is actually 100 ft less than what Odurandina says" with absolutely no evidence to back it up.

And for someone that posts so much on this forum posting about how bitter you are with NIMBYs and developers who won't build tall, maybe it's you who should take a cup of STFU and grow the fuck up.

I don't think you understand how the world works. When you put something up as "facts" you need sources that confirm those "facts"

Unfortunately, I think he has a better idea of how the world works than you do. He very well may be the next potus.

Awesome photo!! It creates a really cool crescendo like effect with the highrises behind the zakim , rising all the way from the left to the right with the avalon at the end.

Yup, this is my favorite picture I've seen posted on here. Stunning

Bricklayers currently installing actual bricks - not precast panels - on the left side podium.

I was just pointing out that your edits to wikipedia appeared to be against their policies. Two blatant violations are "no original research" and failure to cite sources.

Wikipedia is supposed to be like an actual encyclopedia, but with the ability to update in real time. How can it be trusted if editors do a few back of the envelop calculations and then sell them as if they're 100% correct?

I love that the west podium building is such an homage to the old barn.

It will be close. The first Bruins regular season game is October 8 so that gives them about 7 more weeks. In one BeeLine's pics it looks like the escalators are already being installed.

Does that mean I'll get my sidewalk back soon? Having to cross the street twice to get to the river is kind of annoying. Then again, better picture angles:

^ Thanks for all the photos. This project does so many things right.

Damn fine looking development; better than the renderings would have indicated.

IMO the best development of this decade. Hopefully SST takes that crown for the 2020s

You guys really think this is a "damn fine development" already from what we can see? That right podium looks sketchy at best but I'm reserving comment until its closer to finished.

I just think it looks cool right now because it's one building but every part of it is in a different stage of construction.

Agreed. Apparent manufacturing defects with the terra-cotta cladding was a problem earlier this summer. Now I think the issue is with the proportions of these elements, and their featureless surface. They may as well be Alucobond. With the V-braces (which I like), this is a very "busy" facade. But what's it busy doing?
