While I love how this project has turned out from street level, I really wish the office building had either gone taller or been slimmer. From a distance it just looks so stumpy especially right next to the residential building.

Agreed. The office tower (I think the one Verizon has leased?) is too short based on it's dimensions. It should be at least 10 to 15 floors taller. Perhaps the original spec was higher but of course they always chop it down to appease the masses.

Per B&T, the Celtics and Bruins have both signed on for office space in the tower. I know the Celtics had their offices at Lovejoy Wharf - not sure about the Bruins.
 
The physical "Hub Hall" signage is up on the building now and looks great. I have to imagine it's opening soon.
