I think I find the base way more offensive than the tower. The tower isn't great but it's not too terrible. The base is what you are going to interact with at street level and it looks so plastic.

From that angle, it looks like they were trying to imitate the W Hotel, then failed, then tried to cover it up with precast, and then failed harder.

They top panels look better in the photos than they look in real life. I walk by this building every morning. It really does look like it was made with cheap materials.
