The Quinn (née The Berkeley) | 370-380 Harrison Ave | South End

In 5 years this is going to be a very dense part of the city. Harrison ave is filling in nicely, then well get the flower exchange a little bit after that. Dudley sq is going to start filling in soon as well and if the area behind boston medical can get going hopefully by then the glx is a few years behind us and maybe we can then start thinking about getting a spur of green past here to dudley some time within 100 years. I dont think its even on the 2040 plan, but maybe by 2030 if were in good shape we can start thinking about whats next after red-blue and nsrl hopefully get done.

Across the street, the CVS is open, but other spaces are still empty:

How much money can that storage building (with whale mural) be pulling in that it hasn't fallen to the waves of redevelopment?

With all the new buildings and other upscale stuff, isn't it time to drop the "East Berkeley" name and go back to Dover Street?

New to Boston and my first post with photos of the Quinn site from walk home from work today and so impressed with the walkability of the area (compared to the south where I moved from) with Whole Foods, CVS, and what I believe is a Tatte Bakery under way in the second picture:
Welcome! Great photos! We're glad to have you posting.
