Every time I see this development all I can think is "Was the McDonalds lot really that big?"
Did this actually encompass adjoining parcels as well?

IMO that dark gray material really works here from a color perspective.

This one is pulling together nicely. I look forward to seeing the final facade go up.
 
Its astounding what this street is becoming. A few short years ago it was a suburban strip from anywhere.

No, it looks fine, but it literally smells at ground floor if you stand right in front of it.
 
I don't think it smells like sulfur. It must be some material that they are using? I walk by here every day and noticed the smell once they started pouring concrete.
 
concrete can have an unpleasant smell during placement and curing.
