It looks like you can spot a lot of little doors on the bottom floors for retail, hard to tell.

Making an appearance behind Pier 4:

Hopefully its buddy, which will fill this space, is more architecturally significant. I don't mind the glass of Parcel I, but it has just about zero "wow" factor.

I was looking at this view, imagining all the spaces getting filled in over the next decade: Seaport Square Parcel D, Parcel G, Fan Pier Parcel H, Pier 4's additional buildings, streetscape improvements all over the place...

Oh and can anybody tell me what they're doing on the ground here? Some sort of asphalt covering on everything:

This is turning out to be my favorite building in the Seaport so far. I think the dark glass works much better here than it does on 22 Liberty. That building has too many distractions (like the paneled mechanical floor above the roof) and the balconies seriously hurt the effect.

I agree. The way the darker glass portion slices into the lighter part facing the ICA is a thoughtful affect. It adds dimension to the glass box in a much less gratuitous way than the random protruding glass sections on One Marina Park and other developments in the area.

I have to admit, I like this one more than I thought I would. Still some concerns over street level, but the structure itself has some nice presence.

The ICA expansion is 6,000-square feet.*

Edit: 6,000-square feet of gallery space. More space for "other" is additional.

From the site plan this looks to be a street actually. The apartment building is going between this and the park - where current street is.
