Avalon North Station | Nashua Street Residences | West End

You can see the topping off beam that's not really the topped off beam. That's kinda dumb must be to keep the bureaucrats schedule

This building has already done wonders for the downtown skyline view from the north.

I believe thats the top of the highest occupied floor and they do that on most projects. I remember the millennium tower held a topping off ceremony before the crown was built which is essentially the same situation here.

so will these^ views > 3 more towers to go? or 4 if aquarium tower gets built along with the 2 two at North station and 1 at basket ball city

Cool pics I'm relatively happy with the way this is turning out. In the renderings it shows this this to be really lit up. Anyone know if that's going to be the case? If it is between the Zakim, Converse sign and this we'll have some nice lighting heading into the city from 93..

The crown will be lit and it looks like it will have led lines running from the ground to the roof on the sides. The weird window bump out thing looks like it may possibly be lit too.

Awesome that's what I figured but I didn't know if it was confirmed. I took a look at this from Robbins Farm Park in Arlington tonight what an impact this makes.

with all this construction going on I was waiting for Boston to get the attention of the rooftoppers. Awesome pictures.

I wonder if they got a discount for reusing the Kensington's plans. Sinking to new heights!
