Nothing planned in public, but it's indicated as a residential block in the latest NPC, and WS has said they'll move on the next res building next year
I believe the slot/arch was actually for the 115KVa line that runs down the old Northen Ave route, so it likely has to stay, which is good because it created a pretty cool design.AFAIK, nothing has ever been formally proposed or suggested. There was one rendering years ago with a speculative building that had a slot/arch diagonally through it for Northern Avenue, but since the road was rebuilt at right angles that's obviously unlikely.

It's a power transmiton line. It's also the reason 100 Pier4 residence has an angled frontage and we have a nice little triangular park along Seaport Blvd. What is 115KVa ?
BCDC update for the full Seaport Square project:
The focus here is technically on 350 Summer, but I don't think there's much new there relative to the renders in the NPC. Lots more attention paid to SeaPAC this time...
HOLY CRAP... I'm floored by how emotionally overwhelmed I feel by the proposal for 350 Summer St (Parcel N) after being delightfully surprised by the earlier render for 400 Summer (Parcel P). It's BEAUTIFUL and finally feels like a contextually appropriate design for something going up next to the older Fort Point buildings. It feels like Chicago/New York quality design, fit, and finish has finally landed in Boston. There's a wonderful balance of masonry, steel, and glass that really does feel like a nod to the past and absolutely antithetical to the value engineered glass boxes with some precast concrete panels and random flashes of colorful aluminum panels. AMAZING.
Yes, it's stunning that we are finally getting some NYC /Chi quality product. I can't imagine how much it costs.. $900 PSF ? Tip of the cap to WS
Ew no, you dont want NYC quality projects and their horrendous window ACs.

Just rename it to the blue glass district...
