the basement has a number of parking spaces in addition to some stock space for Guitar Center... interestingly (to me anyway) the basement level of this building and the adjacent building (CVS) extends beyond the footprint of the building, under the sidewalk.

Re: Patriots Place I think the Sharon project Equilibria referred to is "Sharon Commons". A 450,000 SF lifestyle center adjacent to I-95. I've read that potential tenants may include Hannafords or Whole Foods and possibly Target. They began site work earlier this summer.

I have no construction experience, but I'm guessing the wooden forms shield the drying concrete from the wind. That corner is an amazing wind tunnel.

As of 9:30 this morning there were already around 20 people waiting in line for the opening... at 6 tonight. There were additional 'steel fenced corrals' set up around the corner of Boylston Street and extending past Comm. Ave on Fairfield St.
