Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

^^^ Haha! I was just there all last week. Great view of the Four Seasons project from Nobu up on 56 (?)

One Canal (formerly Greenway Center) | Bullfinch Triangle | West End

I always thought that would be the perfect spot for a bronze statue of Bulfinch himself. It's his triangle after all. (He could eternally gaze over the surrounding architecture with disdain.) It would provide a nice focal point for the intersection, and maybe even provide some nice photo ops...

Seaport Memorial Park | Parcel F @ Seaport Square | Seaport

Over 35? Just provide them some music and they'll forget they need a bench. See: Tanglewood lawn

Seaport Memorial Park | Parcel F @ Seaport Square | Seaport

Or at least mirror the program in PO Square where they roll out carts of cushions at lunch.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

Re: South Station Tower I'm sure GE would scoop up a few units for use as corporate VIP apartments.

    Harvard - Allston Campus

Agreed. I wonder if the architect got lost on the UMass Amherst campus and was inspired to mash together the 1960s Student Union entrance with the wings of Morrill III Labs...albeit with a 2016 polish.

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

+1 As an homage to Comm Ave's theme of 1 bronze statue of some important Bostonian per block, perhaps each block could have a statue of some of Boston's most famous innovators, both historic and recent-- scientific, legal, financial, etc.

The Big Dig Boston's Big Dig: the largest urban construction project in the history of the modern world. by Dan McNichol Photographs by Andy Ryan Silver Lining Books, 2000 ISBN: 0760723079 A great coffee table book covering the entire project and putting the whole thing in historical...

Say something good about One Beacon Street

Yes, the UMass Club moved there to the 32nd floor from 225 Franklin. The views of the State House and Common from the dining room are impressive. The bar setup is much better than the old one too; you can finally sit at the bar and look straight out the windows North across the Zakim.

Boston Properties Office Tower | 888 Boylston Street | Back Bay

Maybe I missed it, but any word on landing a big retail tenant for the street level? With the the first few floors almost buttoned up from the weather I would expect they wouldn't want to waste time before finishing the interior to the new tenant's specs. Thought I'd read rumors of a...

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: The Boston Garden (TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End Speaking of tracks, bridges.... Sorry, it was on a silver platter and I couldn't resist.

    11-21 Bromfield Street | DTX | Downtown

Re: One Bromfield (28-story DTX tower) | 1 Bromfield Street | Downtown Looking at Justin7's second pic, if they kept the facade of the Payless building, I think it might be interesting to see the new tower cantilever over the existing roofline, maybe 2 stories above with only the slightest...

New England Revolution Stadium | 173 Alford Street | Boston-Everett

Re: Site in Hub top choice for a soccer stadium Not saying it's a direct correlation, but whenever there's an exhibition soccer game held at Fenway it is a sell-out (or very close). Just something to think about.

    Crazy Transit Pitches

I haven't heard anything on this in quite a while, but back in 2013 the plan was to redesign Rutherford Ave and eliminate the underground element, making it solely a surface street. http://www.rcic-charlestown.org/...

    50 Liberty @ Fan Pier | 50 Liberty Drive | Seaport

I would argue that smoked glass buildings literally reflect reality...albeit a smokey reflection of reality. ;) I get your point though.

Boston Properties Office Tower | 888 Boylston Street | Back Bay

You can't see it in this pic, but I think they may have been raising the form while I was taking the pic. There was some type of alarm sounding and there were strobe lights flashing at each of the four corners on the bottom of the form. screen capture freeware print screen windows xp

Boston Properties Office Tower | 888 Boylston Street | Back Bay

I walked by yesterday at lunch. I couldn't get a great view, but peering through the fabric on the fence I spied what I THINK is the core sprouting up 1-2 stories above street level. It was rather far back from the street, though. If I get the chance today, I'll try to snag a pic and let the...
