Looks like there's some space available in the Christian Science tower. It looks like there is no structure at all between the side columns, aside from floor plates.

Close to the same height -- I count the Hilton as 25 floors.

From this, it looks like it will be a bit taller than the Hilton, but not much.

Too bad it will block the decent side of the Hilton and not the front. But it will add some density, which will help.
