Aerials

Not going to lie but those shots really makes me notice how dull all the skyscrapers are. None of them stands out and the only ones making sounds to me are One Lincoln in due part of it's setbacks and the John Hancock Tower with its reflective glass.

Edit: I'll also add 111 into the mix thanks to its crown.

I would argue that the Fed and Custom House also stand out, (and maybe the IP complex and One Boston Place for being Boston's little brother version of Chicago's John Hancock Building) as well as the overall variety of the color scheme highlighted by pics such as this one

It clearly has a dominant palette, but not as dominant as you find in some other cities.

I caught parts of helicopter in some of those shots.

Les Vants is slipping.

THE PERFECT VERTICAL ORIENTATION OF THE BACK BAY STREETS OMFG

Not kidding, those are great.

Haha I knew someone would cheese out over the Back Bay grid.

Hey guys, long-time lurker but first time posting. Wanted to share a stunning aerial I took from an approach into Logan. From my point-and-shoot Canon S95.

Great shot from the plane.

Does anyone else have any nice aerials of Boston at night?

OW. MY. GAHD.

PHOTO OF THE YEAR 2013.

Let's keep the night aerials rolling in!

Never noticed how parallel River St./Cambridge St. and Beacon are.

Pianoman, you're not THE pianoman from Wired New York, are you?

Bravo gentlemen! Just made a boring Saturday night a little brighter!
