^ That's the Massport fire training facility, I believe. They light up an old hunk of fuselage to train the firefighters.

putting the roof up, still cant tell if it will slant towards the harbor?

I see in the rendering it appears to slant,but today as you can see I saw it from many angles and the roof still looked flat except in this one. anyone else see it?

The roof will be flat. It's the crown (which is really just a screen for the mechanicals) that will be slanted.
