Avalon Exeter | 77 Exeter Street | Back Bay

Thanks for the compliments guys. That's one of those shots I knew was hotness the second I saw it.

Did one of the Stonados take out Avalon Exeter?

It's actually not bad in that view. I like it when buildings get interesting reflected lighting!

Just found this message board. Thanks for the great shots of my neighbor building. It's great to see the progress while I wait out the winter in Florida. Anyone know any details about the apartments? First rentals? Amenities? I was hoping they would do a pool and outside area like Kensington but it looks not.

It has an indoor gym. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments. Indoor connections to the Pru.

Anybody know what the delay is in finishing the top of this?

The cosmetics parts of the crown are always the dead last thing to be put in place...

Nice work

re: last pic - I've always found that "New York ->" sign hilarious. Not "Newton" or "Allston" or even "Airport / Points West"?

This intersection should definitely be a candidate for pedestrian space infill (less asphalt, more plaza), especially now that the A Exeter has enlivened the south side of the BPL with this terminal view...

This has presence from a distance and is by far the handsomest of the Prudential residential cluster. The back seems a bit heavy handed though, a little too blank.
