Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

That and the spoiled brat kids can throw raves with hookers and blow and not draw attention to themselves. That might otherwise embarrass the family.

I hope I get invited to THAT party ;)

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

Bauhaus-y...I'm intrigued.

A shame those windows don't work like roll-up garage doors.

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

Third row of cladding up.
I will maintain that this will look fantastic when complete. Even with the brick.

I like these windows! So far I'm pleasantly surprised that for once a project is turning out better than the rendering

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

"Loft style windows" are the new alucabond cliche.

Need to see the rest of them up. The Verdict is still up in the air for me.

(Seems like sometype of Tokyo or Shanghai style Windows)

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

So random... the glass is great but the brick is terrible.

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

Thanks for all the updates!

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

i actually kinda like the raw concrete floors better than the ones with the glass and brick...

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

Yeah, I think each side of this project is a bit different. I remember reading early on about how they were trying to have each side be similar to what it was facing in terms of design and materials.

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

How could this not be dark from 90% of the views? That sales team must be very creative.

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

All sales will take place at the suns zenith on June 21st to mark the summer solstice.

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

^^^ Not sure what your looking for but the east face, along Harrison Ave, has a lot of fake brick in place.

Right, but each of those panels appears to be bordered by a window, so you don't see the awkward joint of two brick panels as in the picture I quoted.

I Agree. The Glass is very unique for Boston. A real different look. But the BRICK? It looks like something from some-type of govt subsidized property.

Re: Millennium Place III | Hayward Place

I think the brick is a pretty decent contrast to the black windows.
