Formwork is still on the core, so I would guess not. I can't imagine it has too many floors to go, however.

As far as precast panels go, those are nice. I especially like the colors...dark and with visual heft.
 
why do some build the core 1st then steel and others do both at the same time as seen down the street at Alvalon project?

Depends on the schedule timing and how soon they are able to get the early release steel package out to the fabricators to do the shop drawings. This one still might be waiting for the steel fabrication.

I am no crane expert, but that crane looks more configured for hoisting concrete than steel.
 
This neighborhood should be 24 hours...Chinatown/leather/downtown.
 
Sweet rendering. I'm so happy to learn that in the future the intersection of Kneeland Street and the Surface Artery will no longer be a cluster fuck. Oh, and that the highway ramp is coming down.
