I could see them having a legitimate gripe with their outdoor seating - something that they probably depend on every year to boost revenue from May through September. I am going to assume the construction hurt the appeal of sitting outside.

Reminds me of a building in Münich that's used as a high-end food market, both groceries and ready-to-eat. Seating along the windows associated with the various stalls, very pleasant. Would be nice to see something like that there, rather than a mall store.
Wow. Sephora's on course to be the CVS of the mid-20teens. Does the world need this much make-up??
