Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

As a mater of fact I did, but not much action or progress since the last photos posted. Work/progress seems to be focused on the basement section to the right of the photo. Foundation work has been completed for the whole structure (left and right sides) but nothing above groundlevel.

GEEZE! Look at how massive those floor plates are going to be! Is this going to have a larger surface area than Vertex?

Looks like this whole place's finally getting visibly busy at the same time-- Goodwin Procter, 22 Liberty, Pier 4 Building One, Parcel L1, Parcel A, Parcel K. Gonna be another year of the crane, hope they don't bump into each other up there.

Found this picture of District Hall in the late '50s ;)

Does anyone have a handy map showing at a glance where each of these developments are going? And which parcels have yet to be touched?

Envoy Hotel - Parcel A

Watermark Seaport - Parcel K

PwC - Parcel L1

All the other parcels are still just parking lots, except parcel Q which is now a park.

Which parcel(s) are the Berkshire twin towers slated for?

Ugh, this picture illustrates how important filling in the small parcels on the Fort Point side of Seaport Blvd should be.
