My god...this project even makes One Canal
I'm sure this has been litigated and re-litigated already, but why does the second res tower look like such an afterthought? Especially compared to the first two, it looks like something went very awry there.
I love it. Think its the perfect compliment to the Sudbury. The way this project uses different sized buildings gives it such great density compared to say, the Alcott, which doesnt add much to the west end standing on its own.

Has anyone seen Haymarket headhouse designs floating around? I would presume that's pretty far along if the garage demo is happening this summer...
Theyre in equilibria's post on the last page, first picture

I think the cladding to the right will end up being the dominant cladding on this tower. You can see the vertical accents compared to the rest of the glass.

I did a full walk of the Greenway on what was an insanely lovely day today. Those pics will be coming but for now I ended up snapping a bunch of this one

I am not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but this project looks like a better version of this residential(?) building in San Diego:

Way too early to criticize - and I'm not criticizing - but I just recall, as the first bits of cladding/glass began to go up on 1 Dalton thinking, "Wow, that glass looks really high quality and expensive." So far I'm... not getting a similar first impression from this building's glass curtainwall.
