It's been under renovation since October. It was closed for about two months and then opened with certain portions blocked off at a time.

This is one of the fastest construction jobs I've seen around the city. I think this thing is rising 1.5 stories per week by the looks of it. Summer 2013 sounds right, especially if the units will be customizable by the tenants, in which case they'll be pretty barren inside.
