The Kensington | 665 Washington Street | Downtown

Re: Residences at Kensington

Honestly not terrible. Street level is alright, non-glass side is pretty good imo, just the glassy side IS shitty, but not head-turningly so.

Re: Residences at Kensington

Well hellooooo, couldn't you have put a bit of the sign's spice into the actual building?

They did; literally all of the spice of The Kensington is in the actual building. The leasing office offers free tours; everyone on here should go see for themselves, even if they're not interested in actually renting there.

Re: Residences at Kensington

A lot of everything else wrong with this building could be forgiven if the top had something redeeming to it, such as the one across the street from it. Instead it screams cardboard thin cheapness. The Kensington sign is well designed though.

"The Sign is good though" = "At least she has a great sense of humor."

Re: Residences at Kensington

One of these things is not like the other. HAHA

For Contextual Purposes -- the Back of the building should have been brick up to extent of normal pedestrian view [3 or 4 floor]

Re: Residences at Kensington

I wonder if the green glass on that side of the building was intended to compliment Millennium Place I & II.
