I walked by this yesterday and the crane is up. Most of the concrete foundation has been poured as well. I'm guessing they'll start on the core soon.
 
No pics, but I can confirm that steel beams are out of the ground and this building is now rising. No sign of a core yet.

Do we know if this is getting a core? When I walked by it today I saw steel where I assume the core would be (the main elevator shafts).

Here's an image from the PNF, and I've outlined roughly where the steel is with a red box

^^ I think that site plan is a bit outdated because IIRC the offices were converted to residential use.
 
Just walked by this morning and it looks like this won't be getting a core, as there is now steel rising up across the whole site. At this pace, the Viridian will beat out Boylston West, which seems to have stalled recently.

Interesting news. This means there will be a good amount of diagonal bracing ("K" or "X"), as the whole structure will be steel and not a hybrid.
 
And in one fell swoop, this one has caught up to and maybe even surpassed 1325. Hot dayum!
 
I walked by the site this morning and was surprised to see a second crane going up on the corner of Boylston and Jersey streets.
