At the very least a power wash. I forget the address of the tower that that was built basically on top of it, but it was fairly complicated structurally, and to make it work financially they really avoided messing with the garage. In a better world it would of gone the way of 1 Congress.
 
The glass tower is 33 arch st. From pictures and in person the tower appears to minimally hover over a small portion of the garage, but Ive also always heard on here that for whatever reason itd be too complicated to replace the garage.

The building was completed in 2004 so its pretty hard to come by construction pictures or blueprints, but if anyone knows where more information about the structure can be found Itd be pretty interesting to see exactly whats going on there.
 
8/23 Still just peaking up from Charlestown. Looking forward to them getting past the transfer floors.

It looks like we're at the mechanical level labeled 25 as per BeeLine's pictures above. It should be approximately the city's 53rd tallest building at the moment, on its way to 4th.

8/27 The jagged pattern combined with the dark glass is starting to give me Trump Tower NYC vibes. As long as the residential glass remains the same high quality as the office portion I think we're going to have a winner here.

They are at the transition zone between office and residential, where there are mechanical and structural elements in that zone and a substantial change in floorplate going forward. I'd certainly expect a pause in vertical progress here, but no way (for me anyway) to tell if the pause is abnormal or not.
