According to the diagram above, the tower has a projected plan to reach 53 floors. That's one floor more than the Pru.

It's because it's mixed use. The residential floors have lower ceiling heights than office floors. Technically Millennium Tower has 55!

That is probably why it looks so tall already. I think that it's so nice to see a tower sprout toward the skies in Boston, even if it's NOT a thousand feet high!! This building will at least be over half of that!!
