I’ll be interested to see how the design changes with this latest iteration. I noticed the Globe explicitly left out any prior renders in their article.

I saw that there's a petition to save Crema Cafe - I'm not sure if this effort will be successful but there's an effort to save local businesses in Harvard Square. https://www.change.org/p/save-crema-cafe-in-harvard-square/u/23815565
I feel like there could be a whole separate thread on existing building lobby renovations - there have been a bunch in the past couple of years and several underway now.

Apparently this building is called NEMA. I found some renderings that I don't think have been posted here before.
