I think they recently opened up offices in the Seaport as well.

I feel like there could be a whole separate thread on existing building lobby renovations - there have been a bunch in the past couple of years and several underway now.

I heard that Alexion has begun moving into this building and some employees are now working from 121 Seaport as of Monday.

Stick, that bump out is a pool. I don't think there's any retail along here.
