Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District Turgid, made worse by being the tallest tower downtown. Managed to fuck up the great hall aspect as well. Finish the demo on the garage, put in some landscaping and call it a day.

Re: South Station Tower Liked the previous version much better. Looks like a giant pez dispenser and the proportions are just weird. Hope this gets molded into something better.

The DPIR is up on the BRA website and it clearly shows the building as 705' to the structural top just to clear up the height issue for this one.

Re: 111 Federal St. | Formerly Trans National Place (Winthrop Square) Part 2 I also like Lendlease for the impact it will have from many viewing angles in the city. The HYM proposal is great too but as a seperate proposal. Perhaps they could relocate the ministry center to the government garage...

This project was submitted to the BRA quite some time ago so this should be a "Notice of Project Change".

This tower should have been a golden hue with black windows to indicate exactly where it is located

Re: Congress Street Garage Development | West End The 480' is the residential tower to the left and the office tower to the right is to be 520' but that does not include the fancy top.
