Re: South Station Tower Liked the previous version much better. Looks like a giant pez dispenser and the proportions are just weird. Hope this gets molded into something better.

The DPIR is up on the BRA website and it clearly shows the building as 705' to the structural top just to clear up the height issue for this one.

This project was submitted to the BRA quite some time ago so this should be a "Notice of Project Change".

This tower should have been a golden hue with black windows to indicate exactly where it is located

That may be a poorly placed Parcel 15 rendering.

This is the next project for Skanska at 121 Seaport Blvd which is the next block south of the 101 Seaport Blvd tower project. At least no one can say it's a glass box.
