101 Seaport Blvd (PwC) | Parcel L1@Seaport Sq. | Seaport

Thanks for sharing, looks like a beautiful place to work for the most part

Two quick comments:
1) I wish the terrace was open to the public
2) I wonder if the marketplace will close once there are more food/retail options in and around this building

I noticed an MCCA shuttle bus was picking up passengers outside 101 Seaport (w/ a sign in the window). It then took off toward the Rose Kennedy Greenway (presumably, North or South Station). I wonder what that's all about.

* There is a huge convention at the BCEC based on what I'm seeing out my window so it's even possible that the MCCA is giving new employees a lift for the week ... but why would they do that?

From the article datadyne linked to above:

The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority is providing bus-shuttle service to PwC and other employees in the building from North Station to its offices every 15 minutes, making the building's occupants the first to have such an arrangement with the authority, according to the firm.

The mention of an "agreement" suggests that PWC pays, but I don't know for sure. Why would the MCCA pay?

PwC pays.

And there is no reason for the market to close (at least, not with how much they have played it up for employees, and clients thereof, internally).

PwC moved in. A friend has offered me a tour. What should I look for?

Incriminating documents you can use to blackmail their rich clients.

THEY FIXED THE STREETLIGHTS:

And this is on the side of the building that faces L2, which is designated as being a pedestrian shopping arcade some day in the future:

Are those doors all entrances for retail?

The "Harbor Way Pedestrian Walk" should be Exhibit A in response to any doom-and-gloom argument about how the Seaport street-level experience will always suck. It'll be 200 linear feet of pedestrian-only space right off of Seaport Boulevard (and across from a park) with dense retail on both sides. It won't make up for the Seaport's other shortcomings (most notably the highway-style design of Seaport Boulevard itself), but it will be great for the neighborhood. I feel like few people realize it's in the plans, though...

What's depressing though is that the street will almost certainly be named HARBOR WAY PEDESTRIAN WALK.
