Will they put a bike/walking trail on top of it?
I believe a bike and waking path is provisioned in the design, but will have to be carried out by DCR after (or maybe in accordance with) the completion of the sea wall, and not by the T.

That's a lot of humidity.
1 - Sticking out in Everett is both a good thing and not hard to do. Take that Teddy Peanut Butter!
2 - This shouldn't have been and will not be a part of the regional architecture. It is physically and visually isolated.
3 - Your mileage may vary but I like the tower. Cloudy days, sunny days, night. Given what we generally see in this city (everything in Bulfinch Triangle) this is not screwing up big by trying to accommodate the "Boston look."
4 - The ground floor does look like a Cheesecake factory. Won't defend that. It's chintzy. And now that you brought that up I'm getting anxious again that there won't be a Wynn buffet on opening day. Dear lord let there be the buffet. That and the new park = only reason I'd ever go.

I'm surprised that these aren't real windows along the narrow side other than in the middle.
Also, now that the exterior is almost done.. I really don't like how they decided to go with the white bands between every floor rather than every other floor like in Vegas.
