I believe a bike and waking path is provisioned in the design, but will have to be carried out by DCR after (or maybe in accordance with) the completion of the sea wall, and not by the T.

So what another 30 years to get a sidewalk? If they can't "build it" then at least level it off and let people walk and bike across the dirt.

I made some minor adjustments to the pics too. The original images were much more washed out. The time of day also had something to do with it. The colors were starting to show more as I was leaving.

I don’t understand your rationale that this shouldn’t somehow speak to regional architecture. Why exactly? Because casinos in Vegas don’t have to? That seems like a pretty low bar. This is also not isolated, at least as much as you seem to think it is.

(This is coming from someone who enjoys Vegas).

Was just about to post something, but your pics beat me to it. Anyway, they're finishing the cladding on the uppermost floors, leaving just the swoosh thing at the top.
 
Same thing just happened to me on the hub at no station, someone took the exact pics I did so not post n them now lol
