1 - Sticking out in Everett is both a good thing and not hard to do. Take that Teddy Peanut Butter!
2 - This shouldn't have been and will not be a part of the regional architecture. It is physically and visually isolated.
3 - Your mileage may vary but I like the tower. Cloudy days, sunny days, night. Given what we generally see in this city (everything in Bulfinch Triangle) this is not screwing up big by trying to accommodate the "Boston look."
4 - The ground floor does look like a Cheesecake factory. Won't defend that. It's chintzy. And now that you brought that up I'm getting anxious again that there won't be a Wynn buffet on opening day. Dear lord let there be the buffet. That and the new park = only reason I'd ever go.
