Thank you for compiling all these projects. The only point I’d make is deciding where Seaport starts and ends. There’s a lot of Fort Point on your list, all the way down to Channel Side, and including the Necco developments.

If that’s the case, 232 A Street may be in scope, which was recently approved. Perhaps the same for 7 and 9 Channel Center. Adding in the rest of the Gillette site seems overkill, though, so your boundaries might make the most sense. I believe there’s a separate Fort Point infill thread as well, so there may be some double counting.

Minor points, great list!
 
good point, and yeah i was playing it fast and loose with the neighborhoods. maybe i'll break out fort point entirely at this point since there's so much underway now

Raised crosswalks can be a problem on streets that have snow plowing, although the snow plowing can be done if done carefully.

True. But they've been building speed tables all over the place - there's at least 8 around Tufts now, so I figured snow plowers must be getting familiar with handling these...
 
What's the big concrete core going up by the Snowport going to be? Sorry if this has already been covered. Looks like a big building on the rise.

Not sure what Fallon is up to on this parcel, but the level of activity has increased greatly in the last couple of weeks. Earth mover excavation down about 20 feet and now some heavy duty bracing tubes going in. I could not find any renderings or current documents. Out of an Apr 8, 2011 Fan...
