Is State Street Bank entire company moving from 1 Lincoln to One Congress or just adding more space?
Who is filling 1 Lincoln Street if that is the case?
WeWork is taking 11 floors in One Lincoln. The rest of the space to be vacated by State Street will be filled in over the next few years. One Congress doesn't open until 2022.
