The caboose is just the bar-car for employees only.

They were putting passengers in the 2 "open air" cars in the middle:

All passengers were "picked up" from the station so to speak. The equipment in back loaded them up.

Is that the new Dean Rd bridge? If so, bleeghhh.

^ I'm guessing no. Dean Rd. bridge is still under construction and these days nearly all D line trains are now running one low floor car with one older style car. This pic shows two older type cars on the train so I bet the pictures is a few years old at least.
