A lot. I understand that 3 bedroom units are well over $3 million, with penthouse units at or just over $4 million. I think the average price psf of all units is between $1700 and $1800 psf.

The prices start at $1,176,000 for a one bedroom and go to over $10M. This will be the nicest and most expensive building in Boston.

A nice building if you like looking at the side of buildings instead of the harbor and the Boston skyline.

Ahhhhh that one flew right over my head.

He may be right, but what the Mandarin lacks in views it makes up with an infinitely superior neighborhood which has been well-established for over a hundred years.

They are going to have all mechanicals on the roof and just a big saltwater pool in the basement :)
