Watermark Seaport | 85 Seaport Blvd - Parcel K | Seaport

I think I am somehow even more confused now.

There were earlier comments (posts 62-65) in this thread questioning whether the gray precast panels were going to be the finish on this side of the building

^That is a fantastic picture Beeline. Those 2 buildings look great together.

I agree. I think this is going to be a great set of buildings together. Exciting.

Yeah. I chalk it up to either poor reporting, poor information, or error in the article.

Shake Shack is very slow to expand. Example: Newbury Street's location was delayed by a full year. I'm not surprised they won't open until 2017...

Colored panels being installed along Boston Wharf Rd. I'm surprised at all the different building materials they are using on this project.

Perhaps, but why would the developer hold the space open for so long?

Low-rise portion looks great.

The new cladding on the highrise is... different... I'll have to take a look in person soon.

I walked past today on my lunch....it was ugly? Am I allowed to say that? It's got this unfinished aesthetic that I just don't see any architectural merit to. I'm so glad I'm not working in the PWC building...

Holy hell this looks bad. Im usually in the minority defending certain projects, but jeeesus. The rest of this building knows its place just fine as a non offensive filler building....but wtf happened here.

I don't hate it but it's really not the right style for what this area is getting good at
