Also, worth sharing that a CVS will be moving into the ground floor of the Tower Residences early next year
 
I'm currently too bewildered by this one's exterior to make a judgment call: will have to wait and see the totally finished product with lighting and streetscape before I know whether I like it.

Wow that's great news! Right now we have to walk to South Station. Other than the Shake Shack next store in the PwC building, is anyone aware of the other retail moving into these new buildings?
 
Damn, those are some killer views! I love this building, inside and out!
 
Alright. Just gotta win the lottery and then sign me up for one of those apartments with the downtown view.
 
Doesn't make any sense to me. "K" block? Seaport Square? BGI? Under construction?

EDIT: Okay, I kind of get it. But, BGI / WS aren't involved any longer, are they?

The store will be part of what is known as the “K Block” of the massive Seaport Square project being developed by a team led by Boston Global Investors. The store will be in a residential building that’s under construction now, DeAngelis said. Newton-based WS Development is the retail developer for the site.
