... this building is hands-down a success to 99.9% of people who will ever see it.
I was with a group on the river by MIT and everyone loved the wind turbines on top. It's unique, it's a conversation piece, it's making a big statement about green energy, and almost no one cares that it's a glassy box like everything else these days. With the great ground-level activation and the introduction of exciting new food and retail, this building is hands-down a success to 99.9% of people who will ever see it.

The turbines will produce so little energy and what they will produce can't really be used for anything of importance -- perhaps they can be connected to light the crown when the wind is blowing above the Boston Mean Wind Speed? -- it would complement the old John Hancock 4 state weather beacon
