I think fenway will be around for a very long time. Considering you have to cut off your left nut to build a 200 foot stump in boston, I'm assuming it would take years and years for any kind of stadium to get going. Having said that, i also believe fenway is in for a major change of some sort...

I actually really like that building in providence. I'd cut off my left something or other to get fan pier to look like that.

I like the parks design alot. I'm not so sure it's going to be as culturally significant as they make it seem though, however, it's good that some parcels are starting to get developed.

The funny thing is it doesn't look all too bad. If you went with a smaller height, say 1200, and made it a bit slimmer, it would fit right in! :P
